COMMERCIAL CLEANING PRINCIPLES
The focus of the learning in this knowledge module is to build an understanding of commercial cleaning. The knowledge acquired will enable the learner to demonstrate an understanding of the types and functions of cleaning processes.
The learning will enable learners to demonstrate an understanding of principles of cleaning,g including:
- Clean from top to bottom
- Clean, dry, to wet
- Cleaning from the furthest end of the room to the door
- Maintenance schedules
- Use colour-coded cleaning methods
- Clean methodically
