We are finally there…

Finally we have completed the installation. Upon completion and clean up of the site you need sign off. At Parrot we use a set template for installation sign off. This document below protects out technicians from client miscommunications and how a site is left. This is all in conjunction with the before and after pictures our teams are instructed to take.

You can create your own sign off form based on this template. This just ensures that the end user is satisfied with how the installation is done.

After the completion and satisfaction of your installation you are finally done with this installation. A couple of points to re-iterate:

Always remember your pre installation check sheet and images
Always have your tools and sundries ready
Always have an assistant with you for the installations
Always leave the space / environment clean and tidy after completion
Take your before and after pictures to ensure that any damages incurred afterwards cannot be blamed on you
Make sure that you have your complete sign off from your customer to mark a job as completed
Most importantly, always be safe and do not injure yourself whilst installing these LED solutions
